To be held on 9th February 2010 in the Coffee Room, Polish Club, Ecclesall Road at 7.30pm (to be followed by drinks and chat from 8.30pm).

You will have seen from our Christmas mailing how much TPV accomplished in its early months of existence! (Newsletter production and distribution, film showing, bulb planting, plot digging, grant application, car share research etc etc). We are raring to go in 2010 and have planned a series of 3 get-togethers in February, March and April to share news, information and enthusiasms around the broad range of carbon-reducing activities we are involved with.

If YOU are interested in….

• having a good night at the Lescar and seeing another excellent independent film?
• sharing your garden or having a share of someone else’s?
• helping on our shared allotment or in the search for land for a bigger community growing project?
• joining a CRAG (Carbon Reduction Action Group)?
• creating a beautiful TPV banner?
• getting rid of your car and accessing a cheap, local car co-op/ share?
• linking up with the Transition activities citywide
• training in Transition initiatives
• anything else local, fun and low-carbon…

If you are not yet on either our group or occasional mailing lists, or to share any other skills and resources (from manure to music, IT to seed propagation, constituting an organisation to web design, crop rotation design to…etc etc!)…
