Chesterfield will be having its second annual Potato Day on 30 January, 2010. I'll be sending more info closer to the date, but if you could put it on your calendars or newsletters it would be greatly appreciated. As we did last year, we'll have games and activities for the whole family, as well as a seed swap. But most importantly, we'll be offering 68 varieties of seed potato for 12p/tuber. AND, if you pre-order, you can get them for 10p/tuber.
Deadline for pre-orders is 10 December, and you need to pick up the orders at the Potato Day event. If there are a lot of orders from your town, we would certainly consider an alternative pick-up arrangement.
To pre-order download the potato pre-order form and return it to Bill Leverett at Transition Chesterfield by December 10th.
10am-2pm in the Pavements shopping centre (next to the market square)
